Ashley M. Hurd
President

After obtaining a BA in Sociology from Vanguard University in Southern California, Ashley Hurd went on to obtain a Certificate in Fundraising at the University of California, Irvine. Since Mrs. Hurd can remember, she has been passionate about producing events that have meaning beyond the events themselves. Working as a volunteer for philanthropic organizations has constituted a significant part of Mrs. Hurd’s life. Prior to founding Eventful, Mrs. Hurd managed a variety of events at Goodwill of Orange County, where her creative ideas fostered increased productivity within the organization. She successfully directed Goodwill’s annual auction, which increased revenue more than 25%. Mrs. Hurd also has experience planning golf tournaments, annual luncheons, galas, fundraising events, conferences, and athletic races. Mrs. Hurd currently focuses on planning and coordinating events in the Bay Area, but also spends time on select projects throughout California. She takes great pride in her work and is a take-charge person who is able to present and execute unique, purposeful ideas. Her unwavering dedication and motivation consistently lead to positive results proven to benefit non-profit organizations.
